Passover macaroons are a traditional sweet coconut cookie. We have them in 3 flavors, vanilla, chocolate and vanilla chocolate covered. They are baked fresh for Passover but we also have some earlier in the season so they can make a great addition to mishloach manot. This is a great item to send to college students or serve after a Passover Seder meal.
