How do you know where customers come from?
A unique link (banner or text) is given to every affiliate. When
someone clicks on the link, they will go to our regular site, but
we will be able to see that they were referred by you.
Who can run an affiliate
program?
Our affiliate progrma works best for organizations that have a website
and / or email newsletter.
What if I don't have a website?
Our affiliate program can also work for an individual or oganization
that sends out emails on a regular basis. If you have a mailing
list that you run, you can put your unique link to the site in the
text of the email.
What about orders that are
made offline?
Customers who call us to place an order may refer to an organization
which is enrolled in our affiliate program. We'll process their
order with referral to your affiliate ID and you will earn a commission.
However, we strongly encourage everyone to order online - orders
can be made by check or credit card through our secure website.
How Much Do I Get Paid?
You will receive 8% - 18% based on the number or purchases that
are referred from your organization each month.
How Do I Get Paid?
We will pay you when visitors from your site use the tagged link
to purchase products from us. Referral fees are calculated based
on a percent of the "Net Sales" from "Qualifying
Purchases" made.
"Net
Sales" refers to gross shipped sales from Qualifying Purchases,
less: returns, postage, shipping and handling charges, sales taxes,
duties, and similar charges.
"Net
Sales" do not include orders that are not shipped.
"Qualifying
Purchases" refers to the purchase of a product offered on our
site that meets the following criteria:
a.
The purchase must be completed via tagged link to our site from
your site or called in with your affiliate ID
b. The order must be shipped.
c. Full payment must be received by us.
All
available and eligible items on our site will be included in the
computation of Net Sales.
When Do I Get Paid?
We will pay you referral fees on a quarterly basis as follows:
Within
approximately 30 days following the end of each quarter during which
this Agreement is in place we will send you a check for the referral
fees you earned during that quarter, less any taxes required to
be withheld under applicable law.
Along with each payment, we will send you a report summarizing the
sales activity for that quarter. If referral fees payable to you
for any period are less than $50, we will hold those referral fees
until the next regularly scheduled payment date or until the total
amount due is equal to or greater than $50.
If returns or other credits cause an adjustment in your referral
fee account resulting in a credit due to us (for example if an order
for which you received commission is returned), we reserve the right
to invoice you for reimbursement of such amount and you agree to
pay any such invoice within 30 days of receipt of such invoice.
Within 90 days after this Agreement terminates, we will send you
a final check for any amounts earned and unpaid through the end
of the term of this Agreement.
